Here at Furry Necks I hand make all items myself from scratch with great attention to detail and quality, so items do take longer to arrive than off the peg mass produced products.
Orders once placed can take up to 21 days to arrive though I always endeavour to get them out to customers as quickly as possible. Items are carefully wrapped and sent out in a protective padded envelope or postal box.
Please note I am not currently taking International orders.
International ordering is available, and shipping options and additional overseas charges are calculated at checkout acording to what is being ordered.
Please note that customs charges, taxes, import duty, etc. that are charged by the country of destination are payable by the customer and not by Furry Necks.
RETURNS
Furry Necks products are individually handmade to the highest standard, with great care and attention to detail.
However if you are unhappy with your order when you receive it please contact us and return it within 28 days of receipt.
Items returned must be in new condition and unworn.
A refund will be given when items have been returned but please note we are not liable for items lost in the post whilst being returned to us, so posting back items tracked is advised.
Once received, the full price of the items will be refunded excluding postage costs.
We do not offer an exchange service as all items are made to order. But if the size you ordered is not right for your dog please return it to us for a refund. You may then wish to purchase a different size through the website and we will aim to get it to you as quickly as possible.
